A Bridal Editorial on the Mall

The fine art photography style was perfectly suited to these bespoke wedding gowns and an architecturally stunning wedding venue on the Crown Estate.

I first spoke to Naomi about creating a shoot to showcase her bespoke gowns in October of last year. Soon after, Natalie from Luna Rose Events & Weddings came on board to coordinate the shoot and confirmed Prince Philip House as our venue. The shoot represented a wonderful opportunity to showcase Naomi's gowns at a stunning, central London venue.

The first gown featured a plunging V-neck and a puddle train, with Bishop style sleeves with long buttoned cuffs. Naomi designed this dress with dramatic but delicate details to reflect the grandeur of Prince Philip House. Prince Philip House is an exclusive use wedding venue sitting on Carlton House Terrace, between Pall Mall and the Mall. The two-story columns stand proud overlooking the Mall itself. We were fortunate enough to have use of the terrace, which is only opened for a handful of events each year.

The beautiful wedding gowns were paired with bridal accessories by Garter & Veil, one of Rebecca Anne Designs' bespoke veils and engagement and wedding rings from Lover's Rock Diamonds. Wildestyle Florals dressed the original staircase in Prince Philip House and the terrace, as well as providing a bouquet of maroon, cream and apricot faux florals.

Naomi's second wedding dress featured plunging V front and backs, again with a puddle train. The second wedding dress also had a bias cut skirt, creating an elegant silhouette. The short train was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, capturing the beautiful wedding dress on the Mall with Buckingham Palace in the background and in front of St. James's Palace.
